Kindergarten Round-up!
The Weld Re-4 School District will be holding Kindergarten Round-up in April. If you have a Kindergarten student who will be attending in the fall, you will need to come in and register your student at their attendance boundary school during following dates:
Grandview, 1583 Grand Ave, 686-8600: Thursday, April 15, 5:00-6:30 p.m.
Range View, temporary number 686-8000: Thursday, April 15, 5:00-7:00 p.m.
(Registration will be held in the Severance Middle School Cafeteria)
Skyview, 1000 Stone Mountain Drive, 686-8500: Thursday, April 15, 5:00-6:00 p.m.
Tozer, 501 Oak Street, 686-8400: Tuesday, April 13, 5:00-8:00 p.m.
(Last names A-L 5:00-6:30 p.m., M-Z 6:30-8:00)
If you are unsure which school your student should be attending please call any of the schools or the District Office at 686-8000.
All incoming Kindergarten students must be 5 years of age by August 15, 2010. Please bring your child’s immunization record as well as their birth certificate to complete their registration.
In addition, each school will hold a full-day Kindergarten information meeting. These short programs will outline the full-day program, costs, and space availability. Please plan on attending if you have questions about this program!
Kindergarten Information Nights:
Grandview and Skyview students: Thursday, April 8, 6:00 p.m. at Grandview.
Range View students: Thursday, April 8, 6:00 p.m. in the Severance Middle School Cafeteria.
Tozer students: Tuesday, April 6, 5:00 p.m. at Tozer.
***H1N1 FLU INFORMATION***
ATTENTION ALL WELD RE-4 PARENTS, STUDENTS, AND STAFF ~ Please click the link below for information on H1N1 flu. We will update this message with information from the health department as updates become available. Parents can help prevent the spread of flu by keeping children home for 24 hours after their fever has resolved without fever reducing medications. Thank you for your cooperation with this requirement.
